Such a Quiet Place by Megan Miranda

A suspenseful thriller set in the seemingly idyllic neighborhood of Hollow's Edge. The story revolves around the murder of a couple, Brandon and Fiona Truett, and the return of Ruby Fletcher, who was previously convicted of the crime but has since had her conviction overturned. As Ruby returns to Hollow's Edge and moves back into her old home, the residents become increasingly suspicious and fearful, realizing that not everyone told the truth about the night of the murders. Harper Nash, Ruby's friend, begins to investigate the truth and uncovers dangerous secrets about her neighbors, fearing for her own safety as she realizes someone else might be the killer.
