Memory Care Cafe In-Person
We welcome those living with dementia and their care partners for beverages, conversation and support. Join our group, including facilitators Karla Vince and Nicole Madson from Visiting Nurse and Health Services of CT, the first Tuesday of each month in our Conference Room. No registration needed.
